The International Foundation for Tantra and Vedic Heritage has been conceptualized by Rajib Sarma and founded, established, managed and operated by a team of Sadhakas initiated in the Kulachara Tantra Marga of Kamakhya as a multidisciplinary religious, spiritual, educational, cultural, research and heritage research, conservation, documentation and academic organization with a special emphasis on Tantra, Vedic knowledge, Indic spiritual traditions, cultural & historical heritage, religious socio-anthropology and lineage-based sādhanā systems.

The International Foundation for Tantra and Vedic Heritage registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882 as a Public Charitable, Religious and Educational Trust on January 16, 2026.

This institutional framework ensures that all activities of the Foundation are guided by scholarly integrity, cultural responsibility, and a non-commercial ethos.

THE JOURNEY AND THE PREVIOUS INITIATIVES


The International Foundation for Tantra and Vedic Heritage has been conceptualized by Rajib Sarma, assisted by Bandana Sarma, way back in 2012. The work to orchestrate its formation as a Public Charitable, Religious and Educational Trust was initiated on January 16, 2026.

In the quest of creating the International Foundation for Tantra and Vedic Heritage, during the journey from 2012 till 2025, the following initiatives have been undertaken:

  • Exploration and collection of 500+ ancient handwritten manuscripts, documents, maps, copper plates and 5000+ hard & soft copies of rare books on Religious Studies, Religious Philosophy, Studies in Hindu / Buddhist / Jain Tantra, Shakta Tantra, Kulachara Tantra Marga (tradition), Ritual Practices, Applied Ritual References, Religious Tradition, Comparative Religion, History of Religion.
  • Initiated digitization of ancient handwritten manuscripts, documents, maps, copper plates and rare books.


Collaborated in Publication of Books- “Tantra, Tantrik Yoga and Dashamavidya” in English and on the “Sri Sri Kamakhya and Kamarupa Mahatmyam” in Assamese, Bengali, Hindi and English compiled by Rajib Sarma.
